Project summary
- Ecommerce website where customers can buy products on the website
- European cosmetics company that wanted to launch in australia
- Researched the company and parts in other countries such as bulgaria
- Planned what we should do for australian website
- After the initial sketch and prototype, we got access from product database for all IP materials of the product which includes the content and the image
- Create a workflow for our team, distributed it to the web development, coding, web design, and digital marketing teams
- We then drafted the whole site as per our plan and initial prototyping. Loaded all the products, built a cart system, connected the payment system, customised all product images for the purpose of correct display of the website.
- After this, we started the integration and implementation of the inventory of the business which included loading all the products on the inventory system, integrated the sales order process, set up the payment system, and customised the existing customer database for future transactions
- We then collaborated with the business to work on a launching strategy part of that was to communicate with the list of business that existed within their current customer database
- Setting up a marketing channel on MailChimp
- We also prepared process documentation which included different stages of customer interactions and content for responses to any possible enquiries
- At this point, we created a workflow system through their email and CRM so that the customer service operators know what is expected of them once they have started receiving orders from the customers
- This will include, interactions and responses to enquiries, automated in a workflow starting from a phone call to completing the transaction
- Eventually we successfully launched the website and allowed Biotrade to commence their business operation

- Discussing the functionalities of few software packages that offers the same solution and helping the customer making an informed decision about choosing the right package for their business
- Understanding everyday operations and setting them up in automation workflows so they can be done efficiently and in a timely manner
- Offering payment gateway systems, such as stripe, squireup, and payment advantage, and worked with the business to choose one of the payment gateways
- To deal with subscription of existing and future customers, we set up a marketing channel and its automation tools so customers receive emails and other product related information as soon as they subscribe and get on board with the business
- Recording any complaints from the customers and a strict process looking to resolve the complaints. As well as a regular report for the complaints are also implemented
- Exact process of payment terms creating a process order automated tracking delivery number had been implemented
Project outcome
With all the work completed above, the client was satisfied with our smooth collaboration and successful delivery of their project, and as a result, our client started a healthy number of sales which they thought was possible due to the direct set-up of our whole system
